Office Policies

  • Appointments are preferred for office visits
  • No appointment is required for therapeutic injections
  • Kindly give 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation
  • Patients are seen by appointment time, with the exception of emergencies
  • Dr. Tirado or a Physician Assistant is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency telephone consultation. Please remove private call blockers when paging the doctor in emergencies
